My name is Dianna and for as long as I can remember, I have always had a penchant for everything gastronomy. A Manchester-born foodie with strong Vietnamese heritage, I grew up completely immersed in an amalgamation of cultures, flavours and cuisines. With over 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry working in every role imaginable, I moved to London and set up Ramen & Sazeracs, a fresh, young and inclusive brand that bridges the gap between the creative sectors with an emphasis on good food.  This summer we launched our very first Supperclub Sessions in conjunction with some very talented artists and illustrators, bringing you a night full of art, music and outstanding food!
